PECBA Fundamentals and More: Negotiations & Unfair Labor Practices

This workshop reviews the negotiations processes and Unfair Labor Practice complaint procedures under the PECBA. Topics covered will include negotiations time lines, information requests, and the processing of ULP complaints. Neutrals and advocates will suggest possible best practices for the parties when negotiationg the labor agreement, aimed at avoiding potential bad faith bargaining complaints. We will also discuss how to draft, file, respond to and present an unfair labor practice complaint at the ERB.
