Recognizing and Preventing Discrimination In today's ever-changing workplace, preventing discrimination and promoting diversity is imperative. Employers must educate their front-line supervisors to recognize and respond to discrimination.
Harassment A must for employees and supervisors to reduce and eliminate employer liability for offensive workplace conduct. Attendees will be aware of workplace harassment and learn tips for its prevention and proper response. Programs are tailored for each audience: employees, supervisors, managers, and trainers.
