Recognizing and Preventing Discrimination In today's ever-changing workplace, preventing discrimination and promoting diversity is imperative. Employers must educate their front-line supervisors to recognize and respond to discrimination.
Harassment A must for employees and supervisors to reduce and eliminate employer liability for offensive workplace conduct.
