Adam Collier made partner at Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson
Firm continues growth with addition of new partner.
PORTLAND, Ore. - Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson is pleased to announce that Adam Collier has become a partner in the firm. Adam joined the Bullard firm after obtaining his law degree from the University of Southern California in 1 997. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
Consistent with the firm’s focus, Adam practices exclusively management labor and employment law. His primary areas of practice include representing private and public sector entities in grievance and interest arbitration, labor contract administration, employment litigation, wage and hour compliance, EEOC and Bureau of Labor proceedings, and preparation and administration of personnel policies. Adam practices before the National Labor Relations Board and the Oregon Employment Relations Board, grievance and interest arbitrators, and state and federal courts.
Adam enjoys running, hiking, and other outdoor activities. He is a regular member of the firm’s Hood to Coast team. He is married to Kellena and resides in Wilsonville.
