Maryann Yelnosky joins Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson

Firm adds experienced litigator to continue recent growth.

PORTLAND , Ore. – Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson is pleased to announce the addition of Maryann Yelnosky to the firm's team which focuses exclusively on advising and representing employers in labor and employment law matters. Maryann has been representing Oregon employers for 18 years and is a frequent speaker on employment law topics. Maryann primarily represents employers in litigation, and also advises employers on employee management and policy administration. Maryann was formerly a partner in Barran Liebman.

Maryann is a member of the American Bar Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the Oregon Women Lawyers Society. She is the Chair for the Employment Law Section of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel. Maryann is a Public Member on the Oregon Board of Psychology Examiners. Maryann earned her J.D. degree from the University of Oregon and is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington , in state and federal courts.

The addition of Ms. Yelnosky continues the Bullard service expansion within its exclusive focus of representing employers in labor and employment law matters which started in 2004 when Tom Kramer brought 22 years of professional experience as a tax and benefits attorney to the firm to start an Employee Benefits practice group. Ms. Yelnosky similarly brings significant experience in litigation and employment advice to the firm's established Northwest and national practice.
