| Agenda: | Privacy in the workplace? There are few guarantees. New technology has enabled employees to communicate and work like never before, but it has also enabled employers to monitor employee communications and activities in ways that not even George Orwell could have imagine. Although many monitoring tools are available, employers should use them with caution. This discussion will highlight the laws that limit monitoring employees and offer practical advice on how to balance legitimate business needs with employee privacy.
