Courts recognize that training is an important component of an effective HR practice. Managers must understand pitfalls in order to avoid them. Understanding one's limitations as a manager or supervisor and the value of securing assistance of the HR manager or other experts, including outside counsel, will often define the outcome of a grievance or other legal challenge. Training is imperative in order to defend successfully claims which assert discrimination or harassment.

We offer supervisory training which can be tailored to fit your policies, culture, time requirements and the audience. This brochure provides an overview of presentations we customize for clients and employer associations.

Feel free to inquire of any of our attorneys or Coni Crone, our training and external communications coordinator, to determine how we can best help you in achieving your HR and risk management training objectives. We are happy to combine and tailor training options and alternatives to address the priorities and needs of each client.
