Human Resources Workshop

Participants in these workshops will receive information about how to effectively and legally manage human resources for their organizations. The workshops will focus on:
* Setting up Human Resource systems and communication processes to reduce the risk of liability in employee-management situations
* Creating employment processes that are in legal compliance and ensure you're attracting the best talent to your organization
* Keeping current with the demands of changing legilsation and varying interpretations of the law (FMLA, FCSA, COBRA, HIPAA)
* Exchanging best practices about how to increase employee productivity and manage within a budget
