Victoria L. Macpherson concentrates her practice on employee benefits law. She served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable W. Michael Gillette of the Oregon Supreme Court. From 1995 to 1999, she served as an assistant attorney general in the General Counsel Division of the Oregon Department of Justice, where she advised the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System, the Public Employees Benefit Board, and the Oregon University System.
Tory enjoys the complexity and intellectual challenge of her employee benefits law practice. She also appreciates the opportunity to work closely with clients and other professionals in a practical, problem-solving capacity.
Tory is a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference and has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Oregon Super Lawyers. When Tory is not practicing law she enjoys hiking, cooking, horseback riding, and writing and performing music.
