Kirk Peterson, a shareholder with the firm, concentrates his practice on preventative employment practices, labor contract administration, arbitration, agency proceedings, and complex labor and employment litigation.

Kirk graduated from the University of Nebraska, College of Law (Order of the Coif) (With Distinction) in 1993. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Director of Operations Services for the Nebraska Division of Burlington Northern Railroad Company where he was in charge of Labor Relations, Personnel, and Manpower Planning. Previously, Kirk held a variety of operating and staff positions throughout the Burlington Northern system.

Kirk enjoys spending time with their dogs, music, and is in the process of updating their cabin on Mt. Hood.
