Kathy Lynn was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She joined the firm with five years legal experience in 1992. Kathy provides a variety of valuable assistance in the areas of employment litigation, labor arbitration, collective bargaining, interest arbitration, personnel policies and practices and union organizing issues. Kathy is a member of the Oregon Paralegal Association.
