Kathryn M. Hindman is a shareholder in the firm. Kathryn specializes in counseling both public and private sector employers in all aspects of employment relations and litigation including wage and hour compliance, preventing and managing discrimination and harassment, assisting employers with family medical leave and disability issues, preventive employment practices and training, and COBRA administration. Kathryn also regularly assists employers with United States Department of Labor and state regulatory investigations.

Kathryn received her juris doctor degree, with honors, from Gonzaga University in 1986 where she served as executive editor on the Gonzaga Law Review. She clerked for the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the United States Department of Labor in Washington, DC, before entering private practice.

Kathryn is a frequent speaker and has authored numerous articles including a chapter for the Oregon State Bar's Labor and Employment Law Continuing Legal Education series.
