Jennifer Bouman-Steagall’s litigation work includes all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment; federal and state family leave laws; enforcement of non-competition and confidentiality agreements; wage and hour laws; and wrongful termination.
Jennifer also has considerable experience with drafting and revising employee handbook policies and providing managerial training and seminar presentations on numerous subjects pertaining to employment law. She is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Oregon and Washington courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, she is a distinguished member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and Labor and Employment Law Section Executive Committee for the Oregon State Bar.
