Dave Wilson grew up in a small town in Ohio and graduated from Princeton University in 1967. He received the Order of Coif for his outstanding record at the University of Wisconsin – Madison Law School. Dave spent the next two years in Madison working for a federal judge and teaching at the law school.
In 1974 Dave and his family moved to Portland, where he began practicing labor and employment law. After becoming a partner in the Spears, Lubersky firm (now Lane Powell), Dave joined the firm in 1983.
Outside the office Dave has served as a director at the Oregon Center for the Photographic Arts, as president of the board of directors of the Oregon Gymnastics Academy, as adjunct professor at Willamette School of Law, teaching Discrimination in Employment, and as coach of youth soccer teams.
