Dan Barnhart is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive federal and state court experience in representing employers and management in all aspects of employment litigation, including workplace discrimination, wrongful discharge, employment contracts, Title VII, ADA, Equal Pay Act, employment torts, wage and hour disputes, and non-competition/non-solicitation agreements. Dan also defends administrative claims before BOLI, EEOC and other agencies.
Dan was born and raised in the Portland area. He graduated first in his class from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1991, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Oregon Law Review.
