Alan M. Lee is a shareholder in the firm.  Alan has extensive litigation experience in Oregon and Washington federal and state courts with special emphasis on disability discrimination litigation. Currently, in addition to a litigation case load, Alan consults with employer/clients on the development of management strategies for dealing with injured and disabled workers, family medical leave and workers' compensation issues.

Alan is a frequent speaker/trainer at firm seminars and briefings and has authored numerous articles including: Reasonable Accommodation Procedures Mannual (1992); Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Title 1 Client Summary; Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Title I Employment, Client Q&A; Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Title II (A) - Public Services, Client Q&A; Disability Leave, Return to Work, or Termination; Reasonable Accommodation Procedures Manual (1992); EEOC Issues, Workers' Compensation and Americans with Disabilities Act Enforcement Guidance, The Oregon Labor Letter. Alan also co-authored “A Manager's Guide to the Americans with Disabilities Act" (1991).
