Adam, a shareholder, focuses his practice on representing both public and private sector employers in collective bargaining negotiations, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, Employment Relations Board proceedings, and labor arbitrations. Adam also provides preventive labor and employment law advice to clients, including labor contract administration, wage and hour issues, employment discrimination, personnel policies and procedures, and union organizing campaigns.
Adam serves on the Board of Directors of the Portland Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He is one of the editors of the Oregon State Bar CLE on Labor and Employment Law (Public Sector) and a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law. He also provides training seminars and has given numerous presentations on labor and employment law issues.
Adam joined the firm upon his graduation from law school in 1997. In his free time, he enjoys running, playing basketball, and family activities.
