Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson is pleased to announce that Jennifer Bouman-Steagall has become a partner in the firm. Jennifer joined Bullard Law in 2005 and is admitted to practice with the Oregon, Washington and Texas bar associations. Her litigation practice includes all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment; federal and state family leave laws. enforcement of non-competition and confidentiality agreements; wage and hour laws; and wrongful termination.
 
Jennifer's lively and informative employment law presentations are frequently requested by employers and industry groups. She received bother her undergraduate degree and J.D. from Texas Tech University. Jennifer is a member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Asosciation, the Multnomah Bar Association and the Labor and Employment Law Section Executive Committee for the Oregon State Bar.
