Mitchell J. Cogen rejoins Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson

Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson is pleased to announce that Mitch Cogen has rejoined the firm beginning in February 2009. He returns to Bullard Law after working with firm client Daimler Trucks North America LLC as Corporate Counsel for a number of years. Mitch's practice will combine his experience from an employer perspective at Daimler with extensive practical knowledge in a variety of areas in private sector labor and employment law, including collective bargaining, labor arbitration, employee benefit plans, wage and hour and personnel policies and practices. He will specialize in employment and labor relations, managing labor and employment-related litigation, and developing and implementing HR policy.
Mr. Cogen began his legal career at Bullard Law in 1999 after receiving his J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar in the Labor and Employment and Litigation sections since 2000. Mitch's return to Bullard Law provides another valuable resource for Oregon employers looking for solutions to real-world problems in challenging economic times.
